First, you have to download the song you want into the iTunes library of your computer. But, you have to know that the maximum time of a ringtone is 30 seconds. This means we have to select the part of the song you want and cut it. You can do this through computer online editors or even with iTunes.
After that, you have to right-click on the song and click "Create ACC Version", now you'll have two same songs. Now, right-click in the ACC version and select "Show in Finder" and show more information. In a Windows I think you just have to click in Information. Change the extension from .m4a to .m4r and save. It's better to save this in desktop.
Now connect your phone and search the option "Tones". Drag the version you saved in desktop to here. Click on the iPhone icon and sync the tones. Now just sync your iPhone and disconnect.
From your iPhone go to settings>sounds>ringtones and select the tone you synced!
